This certificate aims to give the candidate mastery of the fundamentals of conflict management and mediation so that he is able to select, among the concepts and tools presented, the most relevant with regard to the specificity of the situations he encounter and the conflicts it faces.
Conditions of access
The course is open to anyone with a baccalaureate diploma. Candidates with an equivalent level by Validation of Acquired Experience can be admitted after examination of their file by the competent commission.
Tests
Candidates are selected on the basis of their file, taking into account any professional experience they may have. Due to the limited number of participants, only the first applications will be considered.
