This certificate allows registered experts to meet the obligation of continuous training and to request their five-year re-registration on the official lists of approved legal experts and to applying experts, whatever their field of competence, to meet the training requirements provided for by the decree to obtain the approval of legal expert with the courts.
Conditions of access
The course is open to experts already registered on the list of experts approved by the courts and who wish to have their approval renewed, and to applicant experts, whatever their speciality, provided that they have already followed the basic training course (60 hours) given by “Sciences Po Aix” and obtained the certificate validating this training.
Tests
Candidates are selected on the basis of their applications. Due to the limited number of participants, applications will be taken into account as they are received.
