This Prépa has the essential mission of preparing for external and internal competitions for the State, Territorial and Hospital Public Service of category A.

Admission requirements

Admission to the General Preparatory Course is open to

students with a Bac + 3 or more,
holders of a Sciences Po diploma,
state, local authority and hospital employees who meet the conditions for an internal or external category A competition.

Tests

Admission is decided by a pedagogical committee based on a study of the application file, which shows the main stages of the candidate’s university course and the conditions for passing the various examinations.

For civil servants who have been granted educational leave, admission is also made on the basis of the application file by the Teaching Commission. The committee may, if necessary, decide to interview the candidate.

Application procedures

The application file must be submitted in electronic form on the Sciences Po Aix platform. No application may be submitted by any other means.
