Saporta site
Sciences Po Aix is located in the heart of the historic centre of Aix-en-Provence, opposite Saint-Sauveur cathedral, at 25 rue Gaston de Saporta.
With its listed façade, the building is part of the architectural heritage of the city of Aix-en-Provence. For a long time, the mansion was the headquarters of theUniversity of Provence, before becoming the new law faculty in the early 19th century, where Portalis, Frédéric Mistral, Paul Cézanne and Adolphe Thiers all studied.
The main building of Sciences Po Aix, the Saporta site now houses the School’s two amphitheatres, Bruno Étienne and René Cassin, as well as a number of classrooms equipped with state-of-the-art audiovisual equipment, a TV studio, 7 work areas, a work café, a library, a press room and a language laboratory.
